CANDLELIT SOUNDBATH

$30 per person, $25 for club members [does not include wine].

Join local teacher, Katie Dimitri, in the Echolands cellar for a Candlelit Sound Bath savasana! Indulge in simple rest + reset, minimal to no effort needed. We’ll start with an opportunity for movement and stretch, or you can head straight to your savasana shape. We’ll spend the majority of our time lying on our back, releasing into the sound vibrations, frequencies and cadences.

—> All levels welcome (ages 14+)
—> What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket +/or cushions, water, and comfortable layers.
