Join local teacher, Katie Dimitri, in the Echolands cellar for yoga and sound! Together, we’ll slow down and find presence through breathwork, then move through a sequence of strengthening and stretching to build heat and release tension.

The session will conclude with an extended sound bath savasana, allowing you to soak in the vibrations of multiple healing instruments before heading to the tasting room for a flight or glass/ bottle service.

—> 75 minutes long. Please come early if you would like to purchase wine to enjoy during your experience.

—> All levels welcome (ages 14+)

—> What to bring: A yoga mat, water, and comfortable layers. We recommend bringing a blanket and warm socks for the sound bath.
