Join Brian for a Pig Smoke & Riesling Toast as we celebrate the release of our 2024 Frenchman Hills Riesling! Catered by Hattaway’s on Alder, Chef Richard Hattaway and Brian have curated a properly paired supper featuring our newest Riesling...alongside a few other favorites from the cellar.
Our 2024 Riesling hails from a single block in the stunning Frenchman Hills Vineyard, home to one of Brian and Doug’s favorite expressions of the varietal. Aging in cask and treasured in the cellar, she's been patiently waiting for her moment at the table.
We'll begin the evening with a welcome pour and passed appetizers at 6pm, enjoyed al fresco, followed by a seated, family-style dinner in our fermentation hall.

-Smoked Tuna & Rice Nigiri : wine barrel smoked ahi tuna salad, pressed sushi rice, Hattaway’s comeback sauce, everything bagel furikake.
-Duck Confit Tacos: shaved fennel slaw, soy lemon vinaigrette, crispy wonton taco.

-Smoked Pork Shoulder (Georgia Vinegar Mop & Black Pepper)
-Tinned Pork Rillettes with Pickled Shallot
-Espelette-laced Candied Bacon: grilled sourdough, apple mostarda, Hattaway’s cajun pickles.
Entrée, family style & Red Pairing
-Grilled Hanger Steaks: steak spice, bagna cauda butter.
-Sumac & Herb Potatoes: wood-fired potatoes with za’atar butter, whipped feta, sumac-pickled red onion, mint.
-Little Gem Lettuces: green goddess, radish, herbs.
