KARAOKE FLOW YOGA
$25 per person, $20 for club members [wine available for purchase after experience]
Join local teacher, Katie Dimitri, for a musically themed yoga flow in the Echolands cellar! Come sing + flow to your heart's content (singing encouraged but not required!) Expect a fun flow compatible with belting out a line, chorus or more - how much you sing is up to you!
—> 45 minutes long.
—> All levels welcome (ages 14+)
—> What to bring: A yoga mat, water, and comfortable layers.
