Sicilian amaro if the selection is good. Amaro Elori is a recent favorite. Honestly though, at a bar I’m ordering a well whiskey and local beer.

MUSIC OF CHOICE

I love every bit of music and the things “no one likes”, especially Country. I have a deep affinity with Australian punk rock, like Pist Idiots and Amyl & The Sniffers and Skegss and Good Doogs and White Blanks. I love metal as much as I adore Neil Young. I love music as much as I love wine and people.

HOW WOULD YOU BEST DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS A WINE TASTER?
